Job Title: Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Job Description: Judiet Dere Insurance Agency, Inc. is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Insurance Producer to join our team as a State Farm team member. In this role, you will leverage your Property & Casualty insurance expertise to build lasting relationships with our customers while helping them protect what matters most. Your sales focus and commitment to providing exceptional service will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain customer insurance accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and general inquiries.
  • Provide detailed information on Auto & Fire insurance products, with a strong focus on Life insurance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve agency quotas and goals.
Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Washington State Property & Casualty insurance license to apply.
  • Washington Life & Disability insurance license preferred; candidates can obtain this during employment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
  • A passion for sales and a dedication to helping customers protect their families.
Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting salary range of $50,000 base plus commission and bonus opportunities.
