Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, full-time Insurance Account Representative to join our State Farm Agent team. This position is ideal for someone who is already licensed, enjoys consultative sales, and is driven to exceed goals while building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate leads and develop new customer relationships.
  • Market, present, and sell a full range of State Farm insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, and Health).
  • Provide clients with professional insurance and financial service recommendations tailored to their needs.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and achieve monthly/annual sales goals.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the agent and team to implement growth strategies.
Qualifications
  • Washington Property & Casualty license required.
  • Washington Life & Health license strongly preferred (or ability to obtain within a set timeframe).
  • 1–2 years of insurance, financial services, or sales experience required.
  • Strong consultative sales and closing skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $46,000 – $50,000 annually (depending on experience).
  • Plus Commission and performance bonus opportunities.
